Collected data are handled in a datacenter Webhosting Avant.si d.o.o. - Sencur. The web hosting (Neoserv), appointed responsible of the service, is in the European Economic Area (EEA) and operates in compliance with the European norms (policy privacy di Softlayer).

The requests are being forwarded to the controller and can be easily consulted or opted out of by logging into the personal area and revoking the consent (opt-out). All data can be visualized and consulted at any time by logging into the account and clicking “My personal data” that can be found in the “Reserved area”. Similarly, the user has the right to object and restrict the processing of their data by simply accessing their personal area and removing the connected flag (consent). When desired, the user can export their personal data (takeout) by logging into their “Personal area” and clicking on “Obtain data”. In order to be canceled definitely the user must contact us by sending a specific request to the controller. The deletion will take place in the provided technical times in accordance with the Directive.
